All catering companies that wish to be considered as the primary catering supplier for their market will be asked to complete a Request for Price (RFP) or bid packet, which will clarify the caterers business, costs, capabilities and all of the details incorporated. A representative of ASN will then conduct an initial audit and visit caterers and their facilities. All data from the bidding process will then be carefully assessed and compared with other bids for the market before being submitted to the customer for final approval. Ultimately, the customer will determine which caterers will be considered the primary and the approved caterers for their desired market.
